1. Platform owner and agreement
The platform is owned and operated by Enfuego Tech Store, a proprietorship bearing GSTIN 15EZAPR6687D1Z1 and having its principal place of business at Below Vanapa Hall, A-132 Vaivakawn Road, Aizawl, Mizoram 796001, India. Saints Flow is its product and service brand and is not a separate legal entity.
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using Saints Flow, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to register for or purchase the service. You agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading information and to keep it updated.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your password, connected sign-in account, devices, and sessions, and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may require email verification or other reasonable safeguards to prevent abuse and protect accounts.
4. The Saints Flow service
Saints Flow provides digital workspaces, boards, lists, cards, collaboration, notifications, invitations, and related project-management functionality. Features, limits, availability, and plan descriptions may change as the service develops. Material changes affecting a current paid service period will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
5. Workspaces, permissions, and invitations
Workspace and board owners control invitations, member roles, permissions, and content within areas they manage. A person accepting an invitation understands that authorized owners, administrators, and collaborators may access or act on shared content according to their role. Users must only invite people and process information they are authorized to include.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including board names, descriptions, cards, comments, attachments, profile information, and other materials. You grant Enfuego Tech Store a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve Saints Flow.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions relating to your content. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious code, sensitive data you are not authorized to process, or content that infringes another person's rights.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that harms others or disrupts the platform. You must not attempt unauthorized access; bypass plan limits or security controls; probe or overload the service; distribute malware; scrape or systematically collect platform data without written permission; impersonate another person; send spam; or use Saints Flow to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights.
8. Plans, pricing, and taxes
Saints Flow offers a Free plan and a Teams plan. The Teams plan is listed at ₹99 per month and billed yearly at ₹1,188. The features, limits, billing interval, taxes, discounts, and total amount displayed before a confirmed purchase govern that transaction. We may correct an obvious pricing error before purchase or, with notice, offer cancellation or correction where an error affected a completed transaction.
9. Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Teams is purchased as a one-time yearly payment and does not renew automatically. We will send reminder emails before paid access ends, and you may purchase another yearly term to continue Teams access. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not ask you to disclose a UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password, or one-time password to our support team. Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual property
Saints Flow's software, interface, logo, design, documentation, and other platform materials, excluding user content, are owned by or licensed to Enfuego Tech Store and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
11. Third-party services
The service may use or link to third-party authentication, hosting, database, email, payment, storage, or other technology services. Their independent services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
12. Availability and warranties
We work to keep Saints Flow reliable and secure, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of every feature, or suitability for a particular workflow. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
We may reasonably restrict, suspend, or terminate access to address a material Terms violation, security risk, fraud, unlawful use, non-payment, harm to other users, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. You may stop using the service or request account deletion through the available controls or by contacting us.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enfuego Tech Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, including loss of profit, opportunity, business, or data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, security, business, or legal changes. The updated version applies when published unless a later effective date is stated. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to them are subject to the courts in Aizawl, Mizoram, without limiting any mandatory right available under applicable consumer law.
