1. Cancellation request period
Cancellation requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase. Because Saints Flow is delivered digitally, a cancellation request may not be eligible after the paid plan has been activated and materially used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Renewal cancellation
Saints Flow Teams does not charge automatically. Each yearly term is a separate purchase, so there is no recurring mandate to cancel. If you do not purchase another term, Teams access ends on the date shown in your account and the account returns to the Free plan.
3. Service or activation issues
If paid access is not activated after successful payment, is inaccessible, or is materially different from the service described at purchase, report the issue within 7 calendar days. After we receive the account and transaction information needed to verify the issue, we aim to communicate a decision within 5 business days.
4. How to request cancellation or refund
Email saintsflowenfuego@gmail.com with your registered account email, workspace name, payment date and amount, transaction reference, and reason for the request. Do not include passwords, PINs, CVV, banking credentials, or one-time passwords.
5. Approved refunds
An approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days after written approval. The payment provider or bank may need an additional 5 to 10 business days to display the credit. Actual bank timelines are outside our control.
6. Partial refunds
If a service has been partially delivered or used, Enfuego Tech Store may approve a proportionate refund after considering the service period, benefits used, taxes, discounts, and reason for the request. A partial refund is not guaranteed and remains subject to applicable law.
7. No physical-product terms
Saints Flow does not sell or ship physical goods. Courier returns, exchanges, doorstep rejection, damaged-item replacement, and manufacturer-warranty terms do not apply.
8. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including applicable consumer-protection law. Disputes are subject to the courts in Aizawl, Mizoram, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
