1. Who controls your information
Enfuego Tech Store owns and operates Saints Flow. When Enfuego determines why and how personal information is processed, it acts as the data controller. For content managed by a workspace or board owner, that organization or owner may independently control the information they ask users to provide.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect your name, email address, password hash, Google sign-in profile information, profile photograph, unique Flow Code, workspace and board memberships, roles, invitations, and preferences.
We process content you place in the service, including workspace and board names, lists, cards, descriptions, comments, checklists, mentions, assignments, due dates, labels, background choices, activity, and any files supported by the platform. We may also collect support messages, billing or invoice details, payment status and transaction references, notification activity, IP address, browser and device data, timestamps, security logs, cookies, and session data.
Payment credentials are entered with the selected payment provider. Saints Flow does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or payment one-time passwords.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts; provide workspaces, boards, invitations, collaboration and notifications; verify email addresses; process subscription status; issue invoices; respond to support and privacy requests; prevent abuse and fraud; secure and troubleshoot the platform; enforce our Terms; understand and improve service performance; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory duties.
4. How information is shared
Profile and collaboration information is shared with authorized workspace or board participants as required by the feature being used. We may disclose limited information to providers that help operate Saints Flow, such as hosting, database, object storage, email delivery, Google authentication, payment processing, analytics, security, and professional advisory providers.
We may disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to enforce our rights, or to protect users and the public. If the business or service is reorganized, information may be transferred subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, account security, interface preferences, and essential application state. Authentication cookies may remain until you sign out, the session expires, or it is revoked. You can clear cookies through your browser, but doing so may sign you out and remove saved preferences. Payment or authentication providers may use their own cookies when their services are opened.
6. Legal grounds and choices
We process information as needed to perform our agreement with you, operate and secure the service, comply with law, and pursue legitimate business interests that do not override your rights. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it by contacting us, although this does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent use of a feature that depends on the information.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting passwords, connected Google accounts, devices, and active sessions.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We may retain records needed for tax and accounting, security and fraud prevention, payment disputes, enforcement, backup integrity, or pending claims. Aggregated or anonymized information may be retained for service analysis. Account deletion may remove access to associated content and remains subject to the rights of shared-workspace owners and applicable retention duties.
9. Your rights
You may access and update available profile information in Saints Flow. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing us. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Requests about information controlled by an organization or board owner should first be directed to that owner.
We aim to acknowledge a complete privacy request within 2 business days and respond within 30 calendar days, subject to identity verification, complexity, and any different period permitted or required by law.
10. Children
Saints Flow is intended for adults and business collaboration and is not directed to children under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information should contact us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service, information practices, or legal duties change. The current version and its updated date will remain published here, and we will provide additional notice where required.
