1. Physical shipping
Shipping is not applicable. Enfuego Tech Store does not charge a shipping fee or dispatch physical goods for Saints Flow plans. Delivery addresses, couriers, postal delivery, and physical shipping costs do not apply.
2. Digital delivery time
Paid plan access is linked to the customer's Saints Flow account after successful payment verification. Activation is normally immediate and, in exceptional cases requiring payment reconciliation, occurs within 24 hours. Access is confirmed through the account's subscription status and may also be confirmed by email.
3. Delayed activation
If paid access is not activated within 24 hours, email saintsflowenfuego@gmail.com with the registered account email and transaction reference. We will review activation or refund eligibility under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
